When it comes to getting into shape, Khloé Kardashian knows what she's talking about.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashins star underwent a complete body transformation thanks to her commitment to exercise and changing her diet, but while there are a lot of factors that helped her achieve a fit physique, she credits one move in particular for improving her body the most.

“Doing push-ups on an exercise ball totally changed my arms,” Kardashian shared on her app and website Friday. To do the move on your own, Kardashian recommends starting in a plank position before moving into a push-up and bouncing on it for consistent repetition.
“I would do 30 to 50 at a time, nonstop. Your arms will feel like Jell-O when you’re done, but I promise they’ll completely change!” she continued.

Due to her pregnancy, the Revenge Body host has had to stop doing the move in the gym. “It’s the one thing I can’t do right now because I’m not allowed to put that pressure on my tummy — but it’s the move I miss the most!" she said. "It’s the most effective!”
While Khloé has had to modify her workouts, she's still hitting the gym regularly, and she can't wait to get back into shape after the arrival of her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
“I’m more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I’m going to work off every pound. I’m actually really excited to get my body back. I can’t wait!” she wrote on her app and website Wednesday.
