Daily Beauty Buzz: Zendaya's Mod 1960's Hair

Sure, the '90s might currently be the decade that's inspiring the majority of this year's beauty trends, but Zendaya is making the case for the return of the swinging '60s.

At the H&M x Erdem runway show and party in L.A. last night, the star wore a voluminous hairstyle that wouldn't look out of place on an episode of Mad Men. She accessorized the style with a thick black headband that further brought the retro-inspired hair moment to life.

If you've ever worn a headband, you're familiar with the killer headache that comes after an hour or two of having one on. We suggest taking a cue from Zendaya and opting for a fabric headband like the one you wear when you're washing your face or doing a mask. Trust us: it will be a lot more comfortable.

The star's winged eyeliner also brought another one of the decade's beauty trends to life. As for the rest of her makeup, Zendaya stuck with two components of her signature look: groomed brows and nude lip gloss.
