The model and mom leans into her unique features with a less-is-more approach to makeup...
You started modeling in your teens. Safe to say you were confident in your look? Definitely not. I’ve always been shy and pretty quiet; I still get like that around people I don’t know well. But the great thing about getting older is that I don’t let the little things knock my confidence anymore. I may have days when I feel insecure, but I’m happy with myself as a person.

Your teeth and smile are so uniquely beautiful! Have you always embraced them? I got teased in school, but it clearly didn’t bother me enough to get braces! At work I definitely notice that people are interested in my gap. Though, to be honest, I still find it a bit strange to talk about my teeth...
How do you like to play up those features? I like a natural lip. I love Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk lip pencil. It’s quite close to my natural lip color but gives that extra bit of definition. And I always have Lanolips balm. My typical beauty routine includes moisturizing—I like Charlotte Tilbury’s Healthy Glow—putting on mascara, throwing my hair into a bun, and rushing off to do the school run.

I started playing during that period when beige lipstick and dark lip lines were the thing. My friends and I experimented with so many colors! Being so pale and not knowing how to color-match my skin, I always turned out orange.

What’s the best makeup trick you’ve heard? Put white liner on the inside of your eyes to brighten them.

What always makes you smile? My son, just by being there. The best compliment I’ve received is that I’m doing a good job as a mum.
